3 Month Coaching Package This package includes five total sessions (including two follow-up sessions, one hour each) and covers a deep dive into digestion and lifestyle, food & mood journal evaluation, complete symptom analysis, nutrition and lifestyle recommendations, and an individualized supplement plan. We will focus on optimizing your nutrition and focus on a functional assessment to enhance the effectiveness of your supplement protocol.
